FMCSA & DOT Reporting
As an FMCSA-Certified Medical Examiner, Dr. David Jacobsen is required by federal law (49 CFR Part 391) to report DOT physical examination results to the FMCSA National Registry. Drug and alcohol test results are reported to employers and/or designated consortiums as required by DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40). These disclosures are required by law and are not optional.
